Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with UBLACQ. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking details. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for domestic orders and 7–21 business days for international orders, though timing may vary depending on your location and carrier.

 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country—these are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

All prints are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely. Smaller prints may be shipped flat with protective backing, while larger sizes are typically rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@ublacq.com.

 

UBLACQ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If your package is lost or delayed, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
